Hi!
Here you have a pretty nice circuit for working two of our main physical capacities.
This two capacities are: STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE.
We are doing it as part of one of our sessions during the unit of physical capacities and test.
The correct way of doing it is:
- Set up 12´ in a clock.
- Do 10 REPS for exercise 1, then 10 for exercise 2. 10 for exercise 3 and 10 for exercise 4.
- Once you´ve done this, you must continue doing and counting rounds during the 12 minutes.
- Try not to stop during the 12´ but choose a pace that is nice for you.
- You can rest whenever you want.
- The main objective is to do as many rounds as possible during the 12 minutes.
- If traditional push ups are to hard for you, try putting your knees in the floor!!
Remember that with this circuit we are going to envolve the main muscle groups of our body.
It´s a very nice circuit that you can do anywhere because you don´t need equipment.
